How will I receive my key?+

After Stripe confirms payment, your key is generated automatically and displayed on this page. Copy it before closing the purchase result.

Do plans have different features?+

No. The planned products differ by access duration, while the dashboard, desktop client, and custom firmware access remain the same.

Can I share my dashboard?+

Yes. Active users can create temporary three-day viewer links, with no more than four concurrent viewers.

Which DMA cards are supported?+

Firmware support currently covers CaptainDMA 100T and Thunderbolt DMA - ZDMA 100T/75T FPGA devices.

Do purchases support climate initiatives?+

Yes. After Knower reaches $5,000 in total store revenue, 0.5% of revenue will be contributed to climate initiatives.
